I hit the update button on my ds708 it says "create process failed"

    I am able to update via media card but not through the wifi with the ds708 it says "create process failed" when I hit the update button

    You mean you can connect to Internet via ethernet cable, but not Wifi? Ok, pls update your system file to the latest version.

    If you can connect to Internet either with Wifi or Cable, but when you click "update" on the DS708 main screen and the message "create process failed" appeared, then there is a coruption in the Update function. ..I suggest you update the system file by computer.
